Company Overview


Reporting directly to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (FP&A Analyst) is responsible for growing the Company’s FP&A function to ensure development of a scalable approach to long-term planning, short-term forecasting, financial operations, and more. To be successful in this role, it will require someone who has a go-getter personality and a passion for supporting the business through actionable information and insights.


  • Responsible for maintaining and updating existing models on a weekly, monthly and term basis.

  • Develops intimate knowledge on business strategy, budget model, and processes.
  • Facilitates the budgeting and forecasting process.

  • Assist with month end reporting.
  • Updates and analyzes budget and actual data from multiple sources. Audit and validate data from multiple sources.

  • Perform actual to budget variance analysis and historical trend analysis.

  • Assist in creating new and updating existing financial models.
  • Assists with other department functions as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to work through ambiguity, create clarity and provide direction.
  • Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English

Education or equivalency:

  • Requires a bachelor 's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.


  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year of financial planning, analysis, or related experience.

Specialized training:

  • SQL and Power BI experience is a plus.
