How are we different?
- Consistent weekly hours without being cut when ratios change.
- Stable classrooms. We do NOT shuffle children or combine rooms to maximize ratios.
- Supporting teachers is Admin's #1 job.
- Assistant Teachers (little or no experience in licensed childcare) start at $18.00/hr.
- Teachers (6 months or more direct experience) earn $19.00/hr.
- Senior Teachers (2 years direct experience) earn $20.90/hr.
- Healthcare
- Diverse and inclusive team and families.
The position is full-time and the schedule may be midshift (8:00 - 5:00), or closing (9:15-6:15).
Job responsibilities include:
- Provide social/emotional, physical, cognitive support for a class of up to 22 students.
- Ensure the health and safety of the children in your care
- Follow all State licensing guidelines
- Maintain a clean classroom with prompt attention to child needs
- Be able to lift and carry children
- Complete daily care sheets
- Assist with curriculum delivery
- Work cooperatively and respectfully with all team members

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.

- Preferred: Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
