School Age Teacher
Kids Connection, part of the Cadence Education family, is hiring a Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. If you’re passionate about early childhood development and have experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool education, we’d love to meet you. Do you need a flexible schdule, reach out to us, we would love to discuss! We are hiring for full time and part time positions at this time.

What You’ll Do:
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment

- Observe and support children’s interests and developmental milestones
- Communicate effectively with families about their child’s progress
- Promote positive social behaviors and model respectful interactions
- Plan a balanced daily schedule with a mix of indoor/outdoor and active/quiet activities
