Your Role as Our Road-Trip Rockstar:
- Safely transport preschoolers to and from school, making every trip a secure, happy adventure.
- Create a joyful, character-building vibe on the bus with kid-approved music and positive language.
- Inspect your certified bus daily to ensure it meets state licensing and DMV safety standards.
- Keep an eye on behavior, document concerns, and loop in the director to ensure smooth rides.
- Ensure safe drop-offs by handing kids over to authorized representatives with a smile.
- Stay sharp with in-service training, staff meetings, and parent events to stay connected.
- Keep your CDL, certifications, and paperwork current, nailing compliance like a pro.
